Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and website visitors. For this reason we have established the following policies and procedures:
Nondisclosure
We will not disclose your personal information to anyone without your permission. There is one exception. Local, state, and federal law enforcement authorities with authorization from a court of law will be given the information requested.
We will not sell or otherwise transfer your e-mail address or contact information. Contact information provided by participating in our website (alert notification requests, service requests, etc.) will be maintained off-server (i.e. in files that do not reside on our web server) and cannot be accessed by internet intruders.
Internet security
We maintain subscriptions to internet security software that scans web pages we visit for viruses, trojans, worms, and other malicious software programs. E-mails, both incoming and outgoing, are scrubbed. In addition, our company computers are protected by two firewalls. One resides on our ISP server, the other on all computers with access to the internet. Further, our website server is similarly protected by our ISP.
File management
Our files are maintained in paper form for one year after conclusion of the project. At that time they are converted to electronic form for archiving and stored in a secure location.
File security
All documents with personal or confidential information is shredded with cross-cut shredders and recycled. Electronic files are shredded as per U.S. government standards.
Spam
Periodically, we send e-mails to individuals and firms in our contact database. These are intended to be informational and keep clients and potential clients current on our company capabilities. To reduce the number of e-mails our contacts receive we categorize them so as to focus e-mail campaigns and limit the number of e-mails each receives. If at any time you feel you are receiving too many e-mails, please contact us and request that we reduce the number of e-mails you receive or to unsubscribe.
