C. Jeffery Evans, AICP

Jeffery is our Principal Planner and Project Manager. He is responsible for business development, service delivery, and assembling our consultant teams. He has an M.C.R.P. from the University of New Mexico and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Contact Jeffery.

Svetlana A. Evans

Svetlana is our Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing our financial records. In addition, she is responsible for the production of our year-end reports. A Registered Mechanical Engineer in the Republic of Ukraine, Svetlana is, currently, an Accountancy student at the Oregon State University. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian and, where necessary, serves as our interpreter and translator. Contact Svetlana.

Genevieve M. Payne

Genevieve is an independent contractor primarily responsible for market research, database maintenance, and email notifications. She is currently, a business student at Rogue Community College. Contact Genevieve.

Nataliya S. Kozlova

Nataliya is an administrative intern. She is currently, a Civil Engineering student at Oregon State University. In addition, she is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian and, where necessary, serves as one of our interpreters. Contact Nataliya.

J. Scott Payne
