Evans Consulting Services LLC is an Oregon-based land use and community development firm dedicated to excellence and innovation in all aspects of our operations.

We have offices in Oregon and Nevada but operate where there is a need for our services. Some of these services are necessarily market specific: we provide entitlement services in Oregon and disability access assessments in Oregon, Nevada, and California. Others, such as long-range policy development studies, public involvement programs, and energy facility permitting, have a larger market area.

We are committed to ethical conduct (code of ethics) and a well-defined set of guiding principles. In short, we aim to “do it better”.
